- 1. April 28, 2008 To Whom It May Concern: Luis Edward Blanco worked at KNBN-TV in Rapid City for about three months. In those three months, Edward exhibited a great attitude and a drive to learn. I believe those two attributes are what attributed with his good working relationships with co-workers and supervisors. As a production assistant Edward learned very quickly to operate camera during our two evening newscasts. Always willing to help out with other tasks around the station without complaint, Edward was an invaluable team member.
