Reliability – Series and Parallel
Reliability Example
A system consists of 4 Modules A,B,C and D. Module A and B are connected in
series with a reliability of 0.995 and 0.99 , THREE components parallely connected
with individual component reliability of 0.95, 0.98 and 0.98 respectively. Module D
consists of two similar components parallely connected with individual component
reliability of 0.999 and 0.965.All the FOUR modules are connected in series
connection . Draw the configuration and compute the system reliability
