Republic of the Philippines CENTRAL MINDANAO UNIVERSITY Musuan, Maramag, 8710 Bukidnon Plant Breeding and Agronomy Students Society DEPARTMENT OF AGRONOMY AND PLANT BREEDING COLLEGE OF AGRICULTURE Plant Breeding and Agronomy Students Society (PBASS) RESOLUTION NO. 1, SERIES 2014 A RESOLUTION REQUIRING ALL MEMBERS OF THE PLANT BREEDING AND AGRONOMY STUDENTS’ SOCIETY (PBASS) TO PAY THE TOTAL AMOUNT SEVEN HUNDRED PESOS (Php.700.00) DURING ENROLLMENT FOR THE FIRST SEMESTER, SY 2014-2015. WHEREAS, the PBASS executive body during their special meeting unanimously approved that all PBASS members will pay a total fee of Php.700 during enrolment for the Ffirst Semester, SY 2014-2015; WHEREAS, the said fees will cover the following: Membership fee- 60.00, PBASS Uniform- 300.00, Acquaintance Party- 210.00, FASMIN- 125.00, and Contingency Fund- 5.00; WHEREAS, the collection from the said fees shall only be used for the specified purpose/s only; NOW THEREFORE, it is hereby resolved that the amount collected will be used only by the organization upon approval by its members; Resolved as it is hereby resolved, that all the members of the Plant Breeding and Agronomy Students Society must pay the total amount Seven Hundred Pesos (Php. 700) during enrolment for the First Semester, SY 2014-2015.
