 Answering for your actions
What are the different kinds of
responsibility that you know about?
1. Moral Responsibility [to other people, animals and the Earth]
2. Legal responsibility [To the laws of the land.]
3. Family responsibility [To your parents and other family members.]
4. Community responsibility [to your local community.]
5. Responsibility to customs, traditions, beliefs and rules.
6. Personal responsibility [To yourself]

How can we show personal
responsibility?
• Take responsibility for your thoughts, feelings, words and actions.
• Stop blaming and complaining.
• Refuse to take anything personal and make yourself happy.
• Live in the present moment.
• Feel calm and confident.
• Think before we act and speak.
• Think about how our actions affect others.
• Be accountable; Taking responsibility for your mistakes.
• Keep trying…
• Clean up our own messes.

6. Listen actively.
