As an Underwriting Service Assistant, I have built strong relationships with my teammates and leadership groups. With this experience, it has helped me grow into a more knowledgeable, self-aware individual and has motivated me to pursue a higher position within the company. I am motivated by challenging opportunities, driven to obtain results and demonstrate the ability to work effectively in any situation that has been presented. By working on my AINS designation and joining Young Business Professionals and Toastmasters, taking advantage of the opportunities for continued personal growth shows my commitment to State Farm. My work ethic and adaptability can be seen through the achievements of my career as an Underwriting Service Assistant. As an Underwriting Service Assistant, some of my responsibilities include: Building collaborative relationships, proactively sharing information, and cooperation to achieve team goals. Communicating ideas and facts effectively in written and oral formats. Understanding the audience needs for the betterment of the company. Becoming an excellent resource to others becoming successful. Plan and use the best resources for the appropriate tasks efficiently. My experience as an Underwriting Service Assistant has given me the necessary tools to be a successful Underwriter. As decision making and resourcefulness are some of my strengths, I am extremely familiar with the analyzing and reviewing lines of business to achieve and maintain remarkable customer service and profitable auto growth.
