The consulting team will take a three workstream approach to create a brand architecture and 12-month communication strategy. As part of the brand discovery phase, the team will conduct competitive research, audience mapping, and concept development. They will develop two unique brand concepts for validation through consumer research. The research will involve a 3-day online community with Vodacom and competitor customers to understand reactions and provide strategic direction.
