INFORMATION PACKETS…

We’ll go through the information packet
 during this meeting. If you have any
 questions or issues the day of testing,
 please CHECK THIS PACKET FOR
 ANSWERS FIRST!
LAPTOPS
Please bring your laptops with you to the labs. You will need your laptops
   to….


1. Display log in information for your students (from this powerpoint).
2. Email Betsy if you come across an issue that you cannot solve from the
   information in the packet.
3. Have a student that is locked out. You’ll need to email the teacher of
   record so he/she can unlock the student. We’ll go over this in a bit.
TEST ID SLIPS
• Today you are receiving test slips for each
  student. They will need the test ID to log into
  their test. Be sure the students have these the
  day they are taking your subject area test.
  TEST IDs ARE DIFFERENT FOR DIFFERENT
  CLASSES!
• I will be emailing your team a list of test IDs the
  morning of the test…just in case a student
  cannot locate his/her slip.
STUDENT ONLINE TESTING TIPS

• You need a pencil, scratch paper,
  and a book.
• Write the test ID on your scratch
  paper.
• Only use the mouse when
  answering questions.
DON’T GET LOCKED OUT!

• There are several ways students can
   become
   “locked out” of a test.
• The Big Three:
   •Minimizing the screen
   •Pulling up the calculator
   •Accessing the Internet

Click on this icon on your desktop:

• Type in your Test ID (from
  your test slip) and Student
  ID.

• Click Signin.
