Vehicle Roadworthiness
After entering the vehicle registration and mileage checks for the vehicle are made for the driver to complete
Checks are in line with DVSA being grouped into interior, exterior and specialist checks
Alerts provide a reminder to the driver of ongoing reoccurring checks
Checks are grouped into Mandatory and advisory with an approval process required for mandatory checks prior to vehicles leaving site

Delivery Manifest
List of the drops the driver is required to complete during the shift
Exclamation marks show where the expected time of arrival at the delivery point will not meet the booking time
A tick shows where ETA is within booking time parameters
Chequered flag denotes delivery complete
Reason code displays delivered for clean delivery otherwise current or open.
No. of reason codes would display where discrepancies are itemised against a delivery

Delivery Manifest
Delivery Reorder allows for the sequence of deliveries to be reordered
Original and revised delivery sequences are held in the back office cockpit along with reason codes for traceability
You are unable to reorder the delivery sequence without selecting a corresponding reason code
To move the deliveries the user clicks on a delivery and drags it to a new position and then selects save to complete the action

Delivery Detail
The delivery detail screen confirms the full delivery address along with details of the pre agreed booking time versus the estimated time of arrival being generated from the mapping agent in the background
The dynamic clipboard displays if there are specific instructions available for the driver to adhere to whilst on site
A list of materials required for the delivery is also included in a scrolling list

Proof of Delivery
The delivery can be accepted clean with a print of name, delivery rating and signature
Deliveries can also be skipped or should the need arise discrepancies can also be itemised (Detail icon)
Mobile printing is available via blue tooth allowing for a receipt to be printed for the customer confirming del time, items and date, time and signature

Skip Delivery
Skip delivery asks you to confirm you are sure the delivery needs to be skipped
A supporting reason code is required with an optional extra narrative to confirm why the delivery was skipped
Any skipped deliveries will be reordered to last in sequence on the delivery manifest and show with a reason code skipped

Discrepancy Management
Hitting the detail button on the signature screen displays a list of delivery items
By selecting a delivery item you can highlight a discrepancy also capture a supporting reason code and narrative
Once discrepancies are confirmed the accepted quantity on the signature page is updated to reflect the updated quantity

SAP Delivery Updates
When the delivery has been completed by the driver key fields are updated within SAP automatically, real time

Photographic Evidence of Discrepancies
Any issues at the point of the delivery can be further supported by the capture of a supporting photograph
One photo per delivery line item can be accommodated
Signature
Photograph inclusive of date and time of capture

Supporting Narrative
Any narrative captured on the mobile device in support of delivery discrepancies is displayed within the text fields at delivery item level
New text type ZMPP set up specifically for narrative
Looking at the tear boxes were damaged during vehicle loading
