 Championed and supported the effort to attain ISO-9001 certification, in international manufacturing facility. Payoff
was production set largest industry channel (electronics) production record of 3,840 channels for a towed array recording
system along with setting a company record of (12K) 7.456 miles of streamers.
 Mentored and coached staff as they reduced annual operating costs significantly implementing Six Sigma
principles in electronics manufacturing unit; additionally this improved production efficiency 47% through
implementation of strategic work-flow and process improvements.
 Introduced “know the flow” and result was saving the company thousands of dollars by renegotiating key
contracts. Coaching and mentoring staff, relocated major production assembly line with no downtime as well as saving
the company $171,000 in fees through documenting and training all employees companywide in exporting/importing
regulations.
 Designed, planned and implemented long term intra company logistic system moving aerospace parts and/or
assemblies between locations throughout the country and Mexico, (Missouri, California, Washington State, Oklahoma
and Georgia).
 Designed & set-up for 2 unmanned (UAV) drone models (Sentry & Neptune) production lines for full rate
production. Mentored and guided the staff in re-positioning the manufacturing efforts for these two production lines
from Texas to Florida to be closer to end users with minimum downtime.
