The Rotary Club of Capital City carried out 20 community service projects in 2013-2014 with a total value of approximately LKR 11.7 million and US$ 90,000. Projects included donating medical equipment to hospitals, providing prosthetic limbs through mobile clinics, supporting educational initiatives for children, and facilitating international aid projects with partner clubs in India. The club also recognized volunteers, installed air conditioners at community centers, supported sports for persons with disabilities, and distributed emergency medical kits. Through these diverse efforts, the Rotary Club of Capital City contributed significantly towards improving healthcare, education, and livelihoods within the local community and beyond.
