Roles & Responsibilities
• Receiving the MRF (Manpower Requisition Form) from the Planning Department.
• Recruiting the Staff & workers.
• Preparing the recruitment advertisements and job postings in Job portals.
• Screening, Validating and Short- listing Resumes through various Job Portals, References.
• Sourcing and submitting the CV’s to Planning / Concern Department as per their
requirement.
• Receipt of documents after interview by the concern HOD and issuing offer letter to the
selected candidate on the approval of Management.
• Coordination & follow up with candidate for getting documents such as Acceptance of
offer letter, Medical, Photos and etc.
• Coordination with the Omanisation department for applying visa & receiving the visa.
• Mobilizing the candidate at the earliest as per projects requirement.
• Sending Workers Manpower request to Manpower agency as informed by HOD
• Collecting workers medical, photos and etc. documents from Manpower agencies.
• Issuing Demand letter to Manpower agency.
• Follow up with the Omanisation department for applying visa and received the same.
• Ensure immediate mobilization of the candidate upon receipt of the employment visa.
• Arranging the ticket for candidate through the travel department, arranging
transportation. Familiarization of new employees with company policies and procedures.
• Ensure timely completion of joining formalities and deployment.
• Introduce HR induction for new joiners.
• Ensure timely deployment of manpower based on the business plan and monthly
projection and resource deployment plan.
• Maintaining all files & passport in my custody. (DMS)
• Arranging Trade test for new workers of confirming the probation period and appraisal
for staff.
• Preparing increment sheets for the staff & workers as per instructions by superiors,
based on performance appraisal.
• Handling leave & Final settlement, Exit process Accommodation & conveyance for
employees.
• Discussion with top level Staff category up to low level workers category to identify the
reason for leaving, appraise Unit Head to see the possibility of retaining the employee
• Monthly staff attendance checking, payroll processing.

Role:
• Controlling of documentation (Incoming & Outgoing).
• Maintaining the resume bank and consume as and when required.
• CV’s Sourcing, Short listing of CV’s, Making schedule for an interview.
• Receipt of documents after interview by the concern Department Head and issuing
offer letter to the selected candidate.
• Ensure timely completion of joining formalities.
• Maintaining all files in my custody. (DMS)
• Raising the purchase request to purchase dept. for Stationery & Furniture and
certifying the same with the invoice for payment.

• Conducting yearly appraisal for staff and making office order for an increment. (C&D)
• To maintain and compiling the Biometric System data for all the employees and
forwarding to accounts department for processing salaries.
• Booking flight tickets for staff subject to approval by Management.
• Giving support and make sure with admin for arranging hotels, vehicle & etc., for
staff.
• Arranging bachelor furnished accommodation for staff as per grading system.
• Monthly updating of the Leave records (Casual, sick & etc.,) of all the Employees with
the Biometric System.
• Ensure to implement the HR & Admin polices & procedures
