The Video Called Through Deaf Eyes Made Me
The video called Through Deaf Eyes made me think a lot about what they had to overcome to
get to where they are today. As I watched the movie several things made me stop and think about
how hard some of them had it growing up. In the beginning of the movie, I learned that 90% of
deaf people have hearing parents. Then only 10% of those parents who have deaf children even
learn sign language. Then to top it off only 1% of those parents are fathers. I feel that most

minds and create an outlook that has never been achieved before. Her intent was to keep us on
our toes and read between the lines in order to find the hidden truths in each line. The simplicity of
the script was meant to be a little strange and dull, but by doing this Ruhl entered a realm of
playwriting that has not been accomplished before. Usually, in the performances we watch we are
bombarded with long, complex sentences that leave the audienceconfused. The vocabulary used is
always either outdated or too complicated for many people to understand quickly. However, in this
place Ruhl took the opposite approach and chose short and simple sentences, leaving more room

gaining more access to these technologies because of their schools. In schools students are being
given technology for homework and online textbooks now. Students are also getting exposure to
technology as teaching aids in schools as well. Many people believe that technology in class
rooms is a recipe for disaster. Students will just be distracted and not use the technology what it
is meant for. While there are disadvantages to the technology within schools as teaching aids and
free use technology for students; there are many advantages to these technologies, and ultimately

This is a short story a guy who saves a swan, then is granted three wishes. He wishes for a wife,

this, and sacrifices his other wish for the wife to live the life of a swan again. In return, the wife

Climate change is a serious environmental issue which influences changes in temperature, humidity,

2011). Small changes in these factors can snowball into larger and potentially disastrous outcomes
in climate and weather. For example, the 1.5В°F increase in the average global temperature during
