Planning mentoring program: As a human resource
manager I needs to plan mentoring program at
workplace so that employees or colleagues can be
trained to perform their tasks or duties effectively and
efficiently.

Motivational approaches: Being a HR manager I have to
take initiative for motivating employees and staff
members.

Communication initiatives: Taking initiative in
communicating to my team and subordinate will allow

As a HR manager I have to learn variety of
styles and appropriate manner of

functioning. Working in Tesco as a HR
