SAP Hybris - Background  Hybris as a company & product was founded in Switzerland in 1997 by three people namely Carsten Thoma, Moritz Zimmermann and Klaas Hermanns, Initially that sells enterprise multichannel e-commerce and product content management (PCM) software. In the year 2011 a private equity firm HGGC acquired a majority stake in Hybris and after merged into a Canadian software company called “iCongo” into hybris. August 1, 2013 SAP SE acquired hybris from iCOGNO and after ,SAP SE moved its headquarters from Switzerland to Munich, Germany. Now famously called as SAP Hybris. By Revanth Reddy Mekala
