Mobile App Gallery and Personalized Launcher
 The new mobile launcher provides a self-service App
Gallery enabling end users to “shop” for their most used
mobile application and add them to their personal launchpad

 End users can personalize (re-order, un-install) their mobile
launchpad according to their own preferences via drag&drop
functionality (just like on the user’s device)

 Extendable via public APIs for
 Mobile Device Management (MDM) integration
 Animation customization

 While re-using your existing investment in the SAP
NetWeaver Portal

Aggregating Applications and Content into a mobile homepage
 Mobile Homepage is a new entry point for
mobile users, with group-specific aggregation
of un-structured content and pre-defined
applications
 Mobile Homepage is a template based
workspace, configured in minutes to show
customer specific content
 It is delivered as a workspace template with
pre-defined and mobile ready modules

12
Mobile Universal Worklist
The Universal Worklist (UWL) is a centralized task management tool
through which business users can manage, respond to, and delegate
daily work items. Enterprise workspaces enable end users to access their
UWL tasks from mobile devices – smartphones and tablets.
The mobile UWL is a new (responsive design) HTML5 based user
interface for the existing Universal Worklist application, providing the key
UWL capabilities required to perform actions on UWL tasks from mobile
devices.
Consumption channels:


Desktop – the existing user interface for the Universal Worklist, based
on Web Dynpro for JAVA.



Tablet and Smartphone – consumption via the mobile portal.

Actions

Provides the user’s list of UWL
task items.

The details view for the workflow
item provides additional details
about the specific item: priority,
status, creation date, due date,
description and attachments.

The actions per workflow
item are configurable. The
administrator can define
which actions to showhide
per task type.

Users can perform actions on a
workflow item directly from list
view.
