Matching the resume /CV with the position to be filled and finalizing on interview with the department manager and the on their recommendation, filter the candidate on the pay scale and their experience with respect to company pay scale. Post recruitment Process - Master Database, employee code, ID card, E-mail ID with the software (CS), Bank accounts, seat allocation and other joining formalities of new employees, document verification process, accounts opening procedure. Opening and maintaining separate files for each employee.
