Scarlett is playing in the park with her doll when her mother calls her to leave. As Scarlett runs to her mother across the road, she is hit by an approaching car. Scarlett lies bleeding on the ground next to her doll. Scarlett's mother is later seen suffering from drugs and alcohol, still grieving Scarlett's death. She throws Scarlett's doll into a charity shop box. A young girl then finds the doll in the charity shop and names it Scarlett, hearing the doll whisper that its name is Scarlett.

SCARLETT EXT. midday/morning park We see a innocent girl playing in the park with her china doll on the swings.The park is silent with only the girl& doll in.foggy Mum (suddenly shouts) Scarlett? She runs out of the park to greet her mum on the other side of the road (with the doll in her hand).As she reaches the road there is a car in the background fastly approaching Fade to black (Screeching music, with distressed screaming in the backgroung) Snap shot of scarlet lying on the floor-bleeding out, her doll is next to her lying in a puddle of blood. Fade to black INT: Cuts to mother druged up suffering the death of her daughter surrounded by needles and empty bottles. She then sees the doll (anger) and troughs it into the box with (charity shop written across it ) Fade to black Young girl walkes into charity shop and picks up the doll Young girl (whispering ) im going to name you scarlet creepy music is then infused fade black INT. nice middle class house in a young daughters room Close up on the doll Doll (Whispers) im scarlet
