SetSight is a web based software tool used by suppliers and manufacturer’s representatives for weekly replenishment and sales trending analysis. SetSight was formed in 2001 and currently has a staff of 13. We are located in downtown Minneapolis two blocks from Target Headquarters on 7 th  and Nicollet. Along with SetSight we provide EDI and shipping compliance services to suppliers with  ShipToShelf , and order management services to manufacturer’s representatives with our  WinRep  software product. We’ve provided a SaaS system since 2001. (SaaS = web-based “software as a service”)
We manage order and invoice transactions for over 2,000 suppliers selling to over 300 retailers.  We have over a 95% retention rate of clients. Over $6 Billion in Target retail sales dollars (annually) run through our systems. 400+ suppliers selling to over 70 departments at Target have their POS data entered into and analyzed by SetSight each week.

Data Retrieval: Utility to auto pull retail sales and forecasting reports. Data feeds are built for retailers where reports cannot be auto pulled. Centralized storage of all retail information. Drill down capabilities to go from overall business with retailer down to item level. Consistent view of information across multiple suppliers / departments.
Replenishment Analysis: We integrate EDI order information into forecasting. Multiple internal forecasting options, including: Past week sales average Sales profile Beginning forecast Retailer forecast Manual Reporting options that match your retail needs (Ladders, Inventory Flow Grids, JBP reporting). Ability to run reports on based on chain wide or store level data.
Sales Trending and Category Analysis: Define your own custom category/item groupings (Internal vs. Target) and product attributes (color, material, style). Sales data available: Weekly, daily, by store 3 rd  party market data integrated into SetSight. AC Nielson/Spectra, NPD, IRI Speed to insights with our custom report builder. Save and reuse custom reports. Reports export to Excel®, PowerPoint®, Adobe PDF®.
Simplify the Analysis Process: We rely on 5 Key metrics to run all analysis shown in SetSight: 1. Weekly POS (EDI or IR/POL Weekly Sales & Inventory Report) 2. Orders (EDI or auto pulled from POL) 3. Instock % (IR/POL Weekly Sales & Inventory Report) 4. Inventory levels (EDI or IR/POL Weekly Sales & Inventory Report) 5. Sales & Order Forecast (POL AVP Report) We can work with any retailer that provides their vendors similar metrics.
Some of our clients use us as an extra resource for weekly report analysis or ad hoc category management projects, such as: New Item Tracking Pricing Analysis SKU Rational Promotional Analysis Seasonality, etc. Quick on boarding time, low financial risk, immediate return on investment, and no long term contracts.
