Just like a flowing river, cash must flow
through your business

use to BUY anything!

Management must
include the money


Do you leave the
money issues to your
book keeper or other
people while you
manage the business?


If you try and
hide from the
money it will
come and find
you!


When your business is running short of
money ALL your employees will come
running towards you looking for an answer

A competent manager MUST know what’s
happening and what to do with the money

Numbers can help
you manage
remotely


Do you often need to be in a hundred places at once?

What this means is that sometimes you
need to manage remotely


In these circumstances all you

how to use them
properly

you can manage

Business is about
flow


When things get
stuck in your
business they
become a pain
in the neck


Whether it is

A computer that won’t compute


or
A product that you
can’t get right


All of these
represent a
lack of flow


And of course the
greatest pain is
when cash flow
isn’t flowing
