Key Projects
 Hospital Opportunity Analysis (SAS, Excel)
 Our client felt that the sales and market share from hospitals didn’t justify the investment currently in play and hence
there was an opportunity for the business to grow
 We identified such hospitals and the opportunity within them keeping in mind a multitude of factors like sales,
marketing investment, modus operandi of the hospital, market scenario in the hospital
 We then usedexisting marketing mix outputs to suggest howto tapthis opportunity by optimally spending on different
marketing channels
 The sales team implementedour suggestions in four of their districts and found that sales in these districts went up by
10% as compared to last year and against other districts
 Target Identification (SAS, Excel)
 Our client’s drug got approvedfor a therapeutic area for which she wantedto identify potentialtargets
 We suggesteda list of targets considering multiple factors like patient count, claims count, area of expertise, writing
pattern for other drugs, years of experience, college of graduation, their referralnetwork
 Effectiveness of Ambassador Program (Test andControl, SAS, Excel)
 We foundout the effectiveness of our client’s flagshipmarketing program using Test andControltechnique
 The program hadbeen running since 2013 andhence the controlselection was done on time aligneddata
 For controlselection – the categoricalvariables were kept same while for continuous variables we usedcorrelation
matching andDickey Fuller test
 The lift due to the campaign was calculatedby double differencing
 Creation of a data mart(Teradata, SAS, Excel)
 Createdviews on existing tables in our client’s Teradata production environment
 The creation of these views reduceda lot of manualwork done by the client’s ITteam andwere usedby almost allthe
dashboardrefresh teams in the client’s environment
