GRC :- Maintaining superusers like assignment,extension and deletion of FF Ids in GRC. Maintaining FF controllers and owners. Mitigating users so as to reduce the risk of adding roles if appropriate. SOD conflicts check as per user level and role level and simulation as well. - 2. Monitoring IDM jobs like User mapping and AD jobs everyday and solving the errors that come. Checking the IDM and PA30 before creating now Ids in SAP system. For resetting password. Syncing the AD and Pa30 details using IDM Working on different IDM errors like IDM blank screen issue and mail not reaching users after password rest through IDM. SAP Security :- User Management including User creation,deletion and modification. Role Maintenance including addition of Tcodes,mass generation(SUPC), modifying roles in non prod systems. Killing session of users on different servers through Al08 and SM51. Worked on Authorization,IDM and Password reset incidents and solved all on time without any escalations to the team. Worked on building se-catt scripts for different user and role administration activity Co-ordinate comprehensive testing of all profiles and authorizations to ensure accuracy and following the Change management process of the client for the same Worked on user requests like role addition to user profile, password reset etc. using SU01, SU10. Updating transactions via SU24 (managing authorization objects) Managing mass transport with PFCG, SE10 Creating Weekly,monthly and quarterly audit reports (SE16,SA38) Guided the junior members of the team and did an effective knowledge transfer Working on maintaining and opening OSS connections in SAP support portal.
