- 1. We have wonderfully talented women across the AIME region and next we introduce you to Shuchi Chatterjee from CHEP India. We asked her: How do you motivate yourself and stay motivated? I think I stay motivated because I do what I love, and I love what I do. I enjoy small achievements and do not wait for big occasions to be happy. I cherish small moments. I like changes and challenges. I see something positive in any situation no matter how difficult it gets; a skill I learned from my mother. I am also blessed to have my husband as my sounding board, so l run my revolutionary ideas by him and that keeps me going.
