This document summarizes an exit interview project for Rowan University. The objectives are to summarize and confirm exit interviews of terminated or retired employees. Deliverables include statistics on interviews and an Excel spreadsheet of interviewed employees. Tasks include inputting data from surveys into SurveyMonkey, analyzing results, and confirming return of university property with supervisors. Survey results show that most employees leaving were satisfied with their supervisors, positions, working conditions, and compensation. However, advancement opportunities were less satisfactory. Recommendations include increasing advancement and improving the exit survey process.
