To effectively communicate the instructions from an important meeting to subordinates, suppliers and clients located around the world, the individual will:
1) Identify the relevant stakeholders and determine what information needs to be shared.
2) Develop a communication plan outlining the best mode of communication for each stakeholder based on urgency and impact of the information.
3) Execute the plan by directly communicating key details to stakeholders through emails, calls or newsletters and following up to ensure understanding and progress.
