- 2. Music Our group got the first place for the Pingtan singing competition in Suzhou in China when I was in my 7th grade. We also got the first position in Jiangsu province. This was the first prize I got after I learn Pingtan, and it gave me lots of confidence to learn other things.
- 3. Travelling I’ve been travelled to lots of cities in China before, and it was my first time travelling abroad to Europe. I love travelling to different places which are new to me, because I love to feel different cultures. And I will plan a trip to Montreal or Cuba this summer.
- 4. Volunteering It was my first time doing voluntary work in Xiyanghong elderly caring centre in Suzhou. I also did voluntary work in Tianshijiayuan children caring centre in the next year. I hope to try my best to help those people who need our help. Our small step can make a big change to them.
- 5. High School It’s the high school I’ve been studied in after I came to Toronto. I studied here one year for my grade 12. The picture was taken in the garden in our school and we were having a BBQ party. I really appreciate my teachers and friends there because I learned a lot from my teachers and my friends gave me lots of care when I was in this new city.
- 6. Sports I love watching NBA games a lot, and I love Kobe Bryant the most. It was my first time watching a live NBA game at Air Canada Centre after I came to Toronto. I think I should learn from his spirit which is never giving up.
