The average home received a score of 71 out of 100 on an energy efficiency assessment. Most homes had potential to earn scores in the 90s with upgrades like improving heating and insulation. The lowest score was 25 while the highest was a perfect 100, and one-third of homes could achieve a perfect score immediately through measures such as upgrading old heating systems.
