It was fairly typical for a home’s immediate potential to be in the 90’s,
     with the remaining points available when they upgrade or remodel.

In this case the home will earn those 8 future points by installing
Page 3     an efficient boiler when they replace their system.
The lowest score so far is a 25. On the plus side, this house can
Page 4 save a lot of money by making a handful of improvements.
And the highest score is a perfect 100! We realized our chosen
Page 5  color scheme did not lend itself well to this outcome.
One-third of homes could get a perfect score immediately. In this
Page 6     case, by upgrading their old heating system.
The messaging was a challenge if a home had only a few points
Page 7            available in different areas.
But overall the score worked great to help field staff communicate
Page 8         the simple path to an efficient home.
