- 20. 20 Promotion o promotion of RIS3 itself and the issue of research, development, innovations and entrepreneurship in general sense o elaboration of RIS3 marketing strategy 2016-2019 (definition of target groups, promotion issues, tools, etc.)
- 21. 21 Twinning o exchanges of experience among RIS3 executive bodies and foreign regional development/innovation agencies and other institutions o staff exchanges, study visits o identification of suitable innovation tools o elaboration of design option papers for utilization of foreign tools in Moravian-Silesian Region (staff exchanges)
