Challenge: CEO Roy Ford was looking for ways to propel the business forward by creating a custom analytics dashboard that construction industry leaders could leverage to capture, organize, and track their subcontractor labor resources. He was working with a technology vendor to build the app but wound up disappointed by the poor user interface, long time frame, and complex platform. Mid-way through the project he had to start from the scratch and look for a new vendor. Dash built a custom analytics dashboard accessible from any smart device. Their solution included a proprietary S.A.F.E™ form application to help sub-contractors filter out unfit candidates and collect real-time data such as: Average hours worked by subcontractor and/or associates Actual subcontractor timeline progress against the projected scheduled timeline Weather App history Dash even built an associate safety violation report and a live alert banner that managers can customize according to their needs.
