This document presents a study on smartphone usage behavior in Thailand, conducted by Di-Marketing in July 2017 with a sample size of 2000 respondents. Key findings indicate that Samsung, iPhone, and Oppo are the most recognized and used brands, with users spending an average of 4.38 hours daily on smartphones. The survey also highlights high satisfaction levels with current smartphone brands and willingness to invest approximately $547 in future purchases, particularly in Samsung and iPhone.
