attended the G.A.M.E. Conference in New
York from April 4th to 6th, 2013.
◦ Based on 2012 performance, and for the third year
in a row Lamar SMIF placed first in the graduate
level value fund. Other graduate level winners were
Fordham University for growth and Rice University
for core portfolios.
◦ Thursday: panel discussions from Wall Street
notables ( Abby Joseph Cohen, Guy Adami, and
others)
 Friday: Break out sessions in areas such as forensic
accounting, option volatility, socially innovative
investing, portfolio management, and the new
psychology of risk and uncertainty.
 Saturday, career orientations
