This document provides instructions for making a paper snowflake using template 5. The instructions say to cut out the square template, fold it diagonally in half to form a triangle, then fold it in half again to make a smaller triangle. Then fold the left and right sections towards the back, cut away the gray areas, and unfold to reveal the finished snowflake.
