DaenerysTargaryen is the only surviving daughter of Aerys Targaryen. She is wanted dead by the king and was sent away for safety.Throughout the show she gains power and she is looking to overthrow the throne.
- 4. The title sequence consists of a three-dimensional map of the world, with the continents of Westeros and Essos located on the inner surface of a sphere. The computer-illusion "camera" swoops from kingdom to kingdom, focusing on the family crest that sits atop each place. we created five privies map shots were cut in every time the show went from one place to the next. - 5. The title sequence opens up of the sun.The camera then pans to a wide-shot ofWesteros and Essos before zooming in on the city of King’s Landing. The camera pays particular attention to the godswood of Winterfell and its heart tree as it rises out of the ground before panning up to the sun and astrolabe. One thing that was really important was to make it feel like it was a physical thing and not to use CG as a kind of “magic camera.” I thought about it in terms of shooting practically with a motion controlled camera. I think you’d have to shoot everything with motion control due to the narrow depth of field and size of the camera moves
- 6. The show has a narrative through out all the seasons within that there is smaller serial narratives that run across each season. Season 1- Eddard Stark is called to be hand of the king and has to move to kings landing. He starts to discover the illegitimacy of the kings son. He tries to find out the truth as he fights the corruption of the city.There are other story lines that follow along side. The show spreads a political message about the struggle behind power and ruler ship. It also brings up the topic of corruption in power and how people can use power for bad not good. It also involves the morals and life choices people make and the effects the knock on effect this can have on others.

She also manages to sneak contraband, such as make-up in the prison.The man are seen as the higher power sue to them being the guards at the prison. Sexuality – one of the main subjects of the television show is sexuality, with lesbian sex scenes featuring in most episodes.This highlights how lonely the women get in prison. Ethnicity- the groups also sit in their ethnic groups, with the white people sitting with fellow white, people and black people sitting with black people.This is generally the code of conduct in prison with a huge amount of racism being used in prison.

The original plan for the opening credits was a surreal contrast between Piper's cushy old life and her new prison life. So overall I think this title sequence fits its purpose completely as it shows the viewer clearly what the show is about, without giving away too much information or details.Techniques used: Animation, visual effects, colour, audio, graphics, movement. Blur, sharpen, distortion, rotation, opacity.Audio and movement are used within this title sequence For example the music/audio starts the second the sequence starts and they have made sure the pictures show to the pace and rhythm of the music. Also, movement is used when the video clips are shown.

- 14. Hakeem Lyon -He doesn't have any redeemable qualities to speak of. Most rappers who think they're hot suffer from naive delusion. Some are talented but not as much as they think they are.That's not the case with Hakeem: He is not talented at all, and outside of the booth he can be just as grating. Andre Lyon -Andre tries to act as if he's a genius businessman just because he graduated from Wharton. We're still getting into his back-story, which is why I don't quite buy the idea that Lucious doesn't want to see him prosper simply off the fact that he seems too square. I actually think it's a matter of competence. Andre has yet to demonstrate an ear for music. Lucious Lyon - His only glaring weakness is his ignorant views on Jamal's sexuality. It's not only deplorable, it's idiotic. But outside of that, if Lucious is supposed to be a bad guy, he's the fairest one on television.The entire situation makes him look at once ferocious and also like the consummate father. He still cares very much for Cookie, as though to say that he'll never forget the woman who supported him when starting out. Cookie Lyon - She still doesn't know quite how to act right. She's adjusting to life on the outside as much as she can, but there are certain things she should have grown out of but hasn't, such as the slick little remarks she makes about Jamal's sexuality And although she is Jamal's biggest defender and doesn't reject him the way Lucious does, she can't help but treat Jamal like a pawn in her little game against Lucious. Jamal Lyon -The most talented son of Lucious and Cookie Lyon is also the guy you're rooting for the most: Jamal. Not only has he stood up for himself against his father's homophobic ways, thus leaving behind a very comfortable life, he has also stood up for others. He won't let Hakeem talk to their mother crazy. And he won't let his mother talk to his boyfriend Michael any old way either. All the while, the music he creates is better than all other music we hear on the show.With all that talent and what looks to be a heart of gold thus far, Jamal is becoming the Empire star.
