For example if my computer were to crash I could potentially lose a large sum of work. This can be avoided if I were to frequently save and even create copies on various other devices e.g. using a memory stick. The main being that I lost a large sum of work when using Photoshop due to the program freezing and shutting down. I could have avoided this howeverif Isavedthe work more frequently or if I had made a copy of the workso if I had lostone copy thenI wouldalwayshave aspare just in case.
