The Heldrich Center for Workforce Development, established in 1997, is a research and policy institute aimed at enhancing workforce education and training programs in the U.S. It offers evaluations, research, and partnerships to address workforce challenges such as improving productivity and connecting people to jobs. The center has conducted over 200 research projects, published more than 180 reports on workforce best practices, and developed various information technology products to aid job seekers.
