ECONOMY OF COMUNION IN PRACTICE Step 1 Company birth we divide in little groups (6- 9 people), each of them would become a company and decide: the company name a field of business its legal set up its specific goal  the company slogan & logo.   
ECONOMY OF COMUNION IN PRACTICE Step 2  Identity inside a Company  Every participant needs to act a role in our business:  all together, they decide who is whom, which kind of competences  and ideas they have, how the business functions in this role play. Rules 1 need to be an external/ outside as: a reporter, a local politician, etc Other people will be the internal company members: entrepreneur, employee, secretary, workers…
AS A RAINBOW Let’s rethink business and his basic dimensions as a rainbow,  a unique and rich phenomena, harmonious and positive,  made up of multiplex aspects and undivided and fundamental factors.

CORPORATE VALUES &CULTURE OUR VALUES &THE REASONS WE CHOSE THEM: The way  we act them in practice The rules they become inside business    Honesty and consistency:  give example, admit  difficulties and errors and apologize    They make the difference in our problem solving  Our identity and sense of belonging to organisation find on culture  their foundation!!! the  Golden Rule  & Spiritual Capital
SOCIAL & ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY Attention to health, security and environment products and services as a positive contributions to individual and community health and development, sustainable for the environment Wellness inside work places has many names:    care, friendship, guide & growth  working community climate  this process sometimes requires to pass through the experience of difference & conflict (“wound”)
HUMAN CAPITAL & WORKING SETTING Organizational forms can assume different shapes and dimensions    it depends on how it promotes and spreads individual and team responsibilities  The importance of Promoting dialog & reciprocal adaptation among people Supporting and protecting them Responding in personal and flexible way to group needs putting in game professional but also human resources Setting : not only an esthetic question! Consistency, authenticity, trust
INTELLECTUAL CAPITAL  TRAINING & INNOVATION PROCESSES Today richness is not in what one person possesses but in what she knows (and what she is able to do!)
