Special Event Services (SES)
• Mission Statement:
• To ensure a first class, unique and
fun experience for both our game-
day and rental venue guests in the
hospitality areas of DKR-Texas
Memorial Stadium in alignment with
the Intercollegiate Athletics strategic
plan to ultimately ensure the success
of our student athletes.
• Organizational Goals:
• Ensure a safe experience at all venues
for our Student – Athletes, Guests,
Clients and Staff.
• Contribute to the income of the
Athletics’ Department to benefit all
Student – Athletes.
• Treat all with Texas Hospitality and
outstanding service, providing
exceptional and memorable
experiences.
• Maintain our venues and facilities in
pristine condition.
• Promote the Texas brand.

  • #5: Point out the confusion within this org. structure
  • #6: Overview slide…..discuss details on next two slides. Highlight fact that opportunities and strengths that are not utilized to benefit business can be an issue.
  • #7: Talk about how training can help. Show training PowerPoint game and have them reference handout of training slides. Orientation training for new hires, train the trainer for veterans, and on the job training—veterans training new hires.
  • #8: Suggest actions, ability to ask for budget room during annual meeting for any training materials/monies as well as for any marketing monies needed.
  • #9: Marketing—we are not doing enough
  • #10: Financials were not fully disclosed, but this snapshot shows a 337% increase in revenue in just six years! REINVEST to continue growth!
