- 1. 1. Enrollment In SY 2015 – 2016 & 2016 – 2017 enrolment was decreasing, however in SY 2017 – 2018, enrolment has significant increased by 5%. On the other hand, only 17% of Grades 1-6 learners fall outside the normal health status.

- 5. 5. Funding sources Annual Sources of School Funding, SY 2017 - 2018 Php 1,430,111.36 The biggest source of school funding come from the Maintenance and Other Operating Expenses (MOOE). Other sources are Fund Raising, Canteen fund and Donors from the stakeholders.

Interventions are needed to help the students in the areas of English and Mathematics.
- 10. 10. Literacy Level PHIL-IRI results show an improvement in the students’ literacy. More students have moved from Frustration Level to Instructional Level in both English and Filipino.
