This document describes the development and evaluation of a dialogue-based serious game called iServe aimed at teaching players about servitization. The game was implemented using the Unity game engine. It was tested by 45 players with experience in servitization. Players generally found the game easy to use and that it effectively taught the basic concepts of servitization, though experts felt it lacked challenge. Overall reactions were positive and usability was not significantly impacted by age or gaming experience. Based on the evaluation, the authors conclude playable environments can be created for target audiences using game engines and plan to add simulations to increase challenge in future iterations.
