This study analyzes the seismic performance of a G+2 institutional building in Bhopal using STAAD.Pro, focusing on the effects of varying reinforcement on structural behavior under earthquake forces. Results indicate that the design can be optimized to limit structural damage to grade 2, ensuring immediate occupancy post-earthquake. The methodology involves extensive evaluations of reinforcement variations leading to key findings in maximum bending moments, shear forces, and joint displacements.
