This can result in serious problems such as: 1. Unpleasant shocks to the operator; this may cause workers to recoil into other objects/machine parts, leading to injuries 2. Reduced product quality due to dust or lint attraction 3. Fabric tangles are possible in the rubber roller of the J scray causing machine stoppages Solution Using an efficient static eliminator is the key to neutralising static charges, and thus eliminating such problems in processing fabric.
