There are many surfaces that can

                          are distress that their children might
                          be a victim of it that will cause
                          physical and psychological traumas
                          to their children.

                          Bullying is injurious to students’ well

To know, whether or not bullying

                         To give more information about
                         bullying for the people to be more
                         knowledgeable about it.
To alert and provide
                         recommendation to the school
                         authorities, personnel and counselors

                         these bullying acts from happening.

                         to discipline those who have

                            This will let them know how lucky
                            they are than those people who
                            experienced being bullied.

                            This will let them know how struggling
                            it is to be bullied while striving to
                            study harder to enhance their
                            knowledge.

                            The findings in this study will help
                            parents how should they be
                            dedicated and devoted to their
                            duty as parents. Implementing
                            strategies for the development of
                            their children.
SCHOOLS AND OTHER

                            ORGANIZATIONS :

                            It well help them to think how to
                            further adopt precautionary
                            measures or remedies to prevent
                            unfavorable behavior in their
                            community.

Scope and Limitations
The primary concern of our study is

                        to be able to identify if there is
                        bullying occurring in the College of
                        Fine Arts and Design in University of
                        Santo Tomas, and to discuss what
                        bullying is and it’s cause and effect.
The findings in this study could only
                        reflect the bullying phenomenon on

                        College of Fine Arts and Design in
                        University of Santo Tomas. However,
                        the results of this study can be used
                        as future reference for further
                        investigation on bullying in other
                        university and colleges.
Definition of terms
Bully
                      - a person who hurts or intimidates
                      others weaker than himself or herself.

                      thinking and concentration

                       - the act or instance of killing

Anti-bullying
                       - The anti-bullying bill defines
                      bullying as acts of unwanted
                      physical contact like “pushing,

                      teasing, fighting and the use of
                      available objects as weapons.”
Cyber-bullying
                      - is any bullying done through the
                      use of technology.

                      - are expressions used to designate
                      verbal or physical actions that are
                      direct or indirect in nature by a
                      person or group against a person
                      who is lesbian, gay, bi sexual,
                      transgendered (LGBT)
Survey and Results
The sample frame that will be used for the
                     research will be any students from CFAD. This
                     is because the research is suppose to collect
                     and evaluate the case of bullying in college.
                     In the research a sample of 40 subjects will
                     be selected from the sample frame. This

                     sample will include random students.
                     Because there are so many CFAD students
                     and the researchers don't have the time to
                     survey them all, Random sampling will be
                     used in order to collect data, so that every
                     branch of CFAD will have a representative.

From the result of the survey answered by the
respondents, many say that the causes of
bullying may be difference in person’s
personality/ character, social difference and
peers.

Bullying can effect one’s academic
performance, loose self-confidence, can cause
stress, violence, depression, anti-social, have low
self-esteem and worst case, suicide.
Conclusion
The results of the survey conducted by the researchers
             states that there is bullying happening in the UST College of
             Fine Arts and Design but it is very minimal. The survey
             conducted helped the researchers know that there is an
             existing act of bullying inside the CFAD premises. There are
             many reasons how and why bullies target others and the
             reasons are consistent between cases. Bullying often
             repeats because the reasons that bullies target their victims
             don't change. This acts of bullying makes a student’s life
             miserable because students who are experiencing bullying
Conclusion




             can’t concentrate in their studies well. With the help of this
             research people will know that they need to act or do
             something in order to stop these bullying scenarios. Each
             and every one of us wants to have a good and happy
             school life but in order to attain that, bullying must be
             stopped.
