Stefan worked for me as an Electrical Engineer within our Product Development Department from August 2014 to March 2016. Stefan’s primary role within the department was to seek domestic and international approvals for our various product lines. This includes MSHA, CE, FCC, IC, ICASA, ATEX and any other approvals required for the specific regions we were targeting. In addition, Stefan was involved in pre-certification testing within our lab as well as testing circuit boards received from our contract manufacturers which gave him a lot of exposure to various test equipment such as: oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, network analyzers as well as basic benchtop equipment. In addition to approvals and testing, Stefan was also involved in software testing. He setup various system configurations to test system throughput as well as expected functionality for new and existing products. Not only was he involved in testing equipment and software, Stefan was also active in writing field test instructions for our service team to assist in the proper installation and test of our new products through our field testing process. Stefan worked extremely well with others and was self-driven requiring minimal supervision. He was a very dedicated and reliable employee willing to do whatever was necessary to fulfill his job responsibilities. He reported to work every day, rain or snow, and had a great work ethic.
