BRIEF DESCRIPTIONOF THE BUNGALOW
Location of the bungalow
Address:No. 56, Jalan BU 4/6, Bandar Utama, 47800 Petaling Jaya, Selangor Darul Ehsan

Located at Bandar Utama, this luxurious bungalow is on a large lot in a hot neighbourhood.
From a large living space to the spacious landscaped backyard, offering more than sufficient
space for a family to enjoy.
Five minutes drive will take anyone from this home to the One Utama shopping mall to fuel the
family’s needs and wants. Conveniently, a middle school is located a few blocks North of this
home providing easily accessible education for the children. LRT stations are situated around
the area as well offering plenty of options in terms of destination without breaking the bank.
