Sales Coverage is not to the expected levels, sales enquiries generated are low and

Project Description: - Develop and implement effective ways for improving GMMCO PINS in 20T
HEX Segment. Significantly reduce inventory of 20T excavators at Port to facilitate sustainable
and profitable growth for GMMCO.
Financial Benefits: - Reduction in Inventory from 86 to 27, Growth in PINS from 7% to 12%.
