Key Responsibilities
• Was designated as Infor WM 10.1 SCE Administrator and was the POC for all technical and
functional issues related to Infor.
• Working with business owners, key users and other support teams to resolve the
technical/functional issues in a timely manner as per agreed service levels.
• End to End System Analysis (WMS) and finding out various WMS issues having high business
impact.
• Was responsible for integration development projects between Infor WM 10.1 and customer
ERP systems using our integration middleware software called RAMP, starting from
requirement analysis with customers to design, development, testing and post Go-Live support.
• Was also responsible for all Infor Servers maintenance and Database maintenance activities
such as server patch updates, configuring, monitoring & testing of database backups, rebuilding
indexes and shrinking of log files to improve database performance, etc.
• Developing reports using BIRT (Business Intelligence Reporting Tool) and Microsoft SSRS as
per requirement. Analyze and support the Business Process flows, data flows and
customizations.
• Testing the application with various scenarios, as per the available business process and
suggesting solutions for better system performance.
Accomplishments:
• Handled various integration projects between Infor WM 10.1 SCE and all major ERP systems
such as SAP, Oracle EBS, Gold, Orion, etc. using RAMP.
• Had great exposure to supply chain domain and the involved business processes, which helped
me gain good amount of knowledge in this domain and hence has put me in a better position to
understand business issues and act accordingly in an efficient manner.
