METHODS OF SUPERVISION

echinical vs. creative supervision:-
Technical methods are basic supervisory skills
which include group discussions, group
conferences ,service study, time study, record
construction where as creative supervision
provides max adaptation to a situation.
2.Scientific vs. intuitive supervision
Scientific supervision depends on objective
study ,empirical data but the intuitive
supervision depends on interpersonal
relationship.
3.Cooperative vs. authorization supervision
Cooperative supervision has full
participation of each member in plpanning
,decision making and actions but in the
authoritarian supervision all the activities rest
in the hands or the responsibility of the
supervisor.

which is designed to assist a person in
