  • #26: Kitchen The varying counter heights and flexible cabinetry allow for a person to sit or stand while cooking. Four feet of space around the center island allows for easy maneuverability and access. Loop hardware was chosen for easy access to items along with lazy-susans in corner cabinets. The microwave, also a convection oven, is located at an easy to reach height near a transfer surface. The induction cook top uses pan sensor technology, only heating the pot. If there is a dry boil the stove will turn off.
