THE NAME OF THE CUSTOMER OR HIS/HER FAMILY DETAILS
ETC) WHILE UPDATING IN THE SYSTEM.
• IT CAUSE DELAY IN ISSUANCE OF POLICIES ie THE
PROPOSALS ARE PENDING IN PRE-PREPOSITIONS DUE TO
WRONG PHONE NO. ENTERED BY THE OUTSOURCING
AGENCIES .
• DUE TO DATA ENTRY ERRORS THE POST ISSUANCE
CUSTOMER REQUESTS INCRESES WHICH AGAIN TAKES TIME
AND EFFECIENCY OF THE EMPLOYEES AND ALSO AFFECTS
THE IMAGE OF SBILIFE IN THE MINDES OF THE CUSTOMER.
IMPLEMENTATION
• THE DATA ENTRY OF THE PROPOSAL WILL BE MADE WHILE INWARD OF
THE PROPOSAL .
• ALL THE DETAILS ARE ALREADY FILLED BY THE OPERATION TEAM OF
BRANCH IN THE SYSTEM WHICH WILL AUTOMATICALLY CONSIDERD FOR
DATA ENTRY AND UPDATED IN THE SYSTEM.
• THE PREE ISSUANCE CALLING CAN BE MADE ON THE SAME DAY ON THE
CONTACT NO. OF THE CUSTOMER.
• ALL THE PROPOSAL QUESTIONS SHOULD BE MENTIONED WHILE INWARD
OF THE PROPOSAL IN THE SYSTEM. LIKE FAMILY HISTORY AND OTHER
IMPORTANT DETAILS MENTIONED IN THE PROPOSAL FORM.
• IN ORDER TO PREVENT THE DATA ENTRY ERRORS AND POST ISSUANCE
CUSTOMER REQUESTS THERE SHOULD BE A TFT SCREEN INSTALLED IN ALL
THE BRANCHES FOR THE CUSTOMERS WHICH IS CONNECTED WITH THE
OPEARATIONS SYSTEM JUST FOR SHOWING THE PROCESSING ON
CUSTOMER REQUESTS AND FOR CHECK AND CONFIRMATION OF THWE
CUSTOMER THAT ALL THE DATA ENTRY MADE ARE CORRECT WHILE
INWARDING THE PROPOSAL IN THE SYSTEM.
