Synopsis story
- 1. 1 | P a g e Set in Croydon, Swetah a seventeen-year-old Hindu girl leaves school on a Friday afternoon to embark on a secret liaison. She arrives at Scream studios, where she finds her boyfriend Brandon strumming chords on his guitar with fellow members of his band. She sits down and listens to their rock music as they finalise their session for the day. Brandon then greets Swetah with a kiss on the cheek. Hurriedly, as she picks up her bag, she curiously notices Brandon slip Cliff a twenty- pound note, in exchange for a small clear bag. The pair then lovingly, exit the studio. Story Synopsis A sequencing of events in story order Three Act Structure BEGINNING: MIDDLE: Merrily, holding hands the couple approach a deserted alleyway, which leads them to a yard. Brandon looks confused, as the yard is never locked. Swetah blows him a kiss and looks closely at the lock. She removes a pin from her hair and twiddles with it in the lock. It opens and the couple smile at one another. Bewildered at what is before her, Brandon carefully takes her hand and leads her around the yard, full of classic cars. He tries varies car handles, but they are locked, until he tries an old zodiac parked at the very back. The car door opens freely and he urges Swetah to get in. For a brief moment, she anticipates the situation, but obliges. Sitting in the back of the car, Brandon slips one arm around her and pulls the small clear plastic bag out of his trouser
- 2. 2 | P a g e END: The owner of the yard receives a mobile text; he proceeds to exit the yard, as a Swetah begins to foam at the mouth in a violent and incontrollable seizure. He re-secures the lock and drives away. Brandon approaches the yard with two portions of chips, to find it locked. He calls out to Swetah, but there is silence, he continues to shout, there is no reply. pocket with the other. Smiling at her, he opens the bag and pops one of the pills into his mouth, beckoning her to take the other, which she does. The couple then embrace into a lingering, lovingly kiss. Brandon’s hand slowly works its way to Swetah’s thigh as the two engage in sexual pleasure.
