Power BI is a self-service business intelligence solution from Microsoft that allows users to work with data through dashboards, reports, and data visualization. It offers tools for data management, modeling, visualization, and sharing insights. Power BI provides a cloud-based service that allows users to access reports from any device while also integrating with on-premises data through gateways. It includes pre-built connectors for popular SaaS applications and a designer tool for connecting to on-premises Analysis Services models. Power BI dashboards are now in preview and provide out-of-the-box dashboards while staying connected from any device.

- #6: System Center data: All System Center Data is in SQL Databases, stored in table after table row after row. Different products have different schemas and how that data can be accessed. We can se those that have Configuration DB and what we call data warehouse. Where data is stored for historical availability and to offload the Configuration DB.
- #9: Primary keys and secondary keys Things can get complex. But in order to get overview of the schemas and design of the tables, you just google for it, or bing. For those of you that are in to that.. There is massive of information about the schemas out there.
- #10: System Center SQL Data Management gateway - Needs to have the SQL Native client installed. DMG is is a client agent installed on the on-premises server. The DMG handles encryption, compression, and transmission of data using a service bus. Communicates with O365 using a key provided by the Power BI Gateway. Open Data Protocol (OData) is a RESTful data access protocol initially defined by Microsoft to share Data sources using simple HTTP messages.
